The personal data collected on our website are processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of these data, as well as with Organic Law 3/2018,  of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

 

Likewise, we guarantee that personal data are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner, and are collected for determined, explicit and legitimate purposes, remaining limited to these purposes and updated if necessary. What do we process your data for and what do you allow us to do so? Why can we process your data? 

 

Personal data will be processed by the responsible entity when you provide them by completing the registration or contact forms, sending emails or calling by phone .

  • Provide the services that are our own, manage the sale of tickets and the registration of our partners. When the interested party acquires our products and services, we need to process their personal data to manage and coordinate the commercial relationship and provide the services they contract with us. For these treatments we are legitimized by the contractual relationship that we formalize with the client or partner.
  • Manage registration for activities and visits, including disclaimer and insurance forms. When the interested party registers in our contests, activities or visits, we process their data to coordinate and control the activity. When any of these activities requires the signing of the disclaimer and/ or insurance document, the data will be processed to record the acceptance of the conditions and safety regulations by the interested user. For these treatments, the contractual relationship that we formalize with the interested party or with their legal guardian legitimizes us.
  • Communicate commercially with customers and interested parties by any means. We communicate commercially by electronic means with our customers, partners and visitors, based on our legitimate interest to offer them products and services similar to those initially contracted with us and to inform them of our activities and events (Art. 21 LSSICE). They can object at the time of data collection, in each of the communications and through the mechanism provided in the section "What are your rights?". In other circumstances, we request the consent of the data subject.
  • Respond to queries, requests for information and resolve incidents. Customer service. When a customer, partner or interested party requests information from us about our products, services, activities, etc. or has an incident or claim in relation to them, we will process their data to identify them, contact them and provide them with the requested information or solve the incident. This treatment will be based on the consent of the interested party or on the contractual relationship that binds us.
  • Graphically report on events and activities. The images published on our website and social networks are used to publicize and document the events and activities carried out by CMA. Depending on the context we will have obtained the consent of the interested parties verbally or in writing, of their legal guardians, or we will publish them minimizing as far as possible the processing of personal data based on our legitimate interest in publicizing and documenting our events and activities, when the image of the determined persons appears as merely accessory according to Article Eight,  Two, c) of the LO 1/1982 of May 5, of civil protection of the right to honor, to personal and family privacy and to one's own image. They can object to the processing at the time of data collection or subsequently through the mechanism provided for in the section "What are your rights?" .
  • Evaluate candidacies and include them in selective processes if appropriate. If you provide us with a cv, your data will be used to incorporate it into present and future selection processes in our company, to communicate with you even by electronic means in relation to your application and to prepare, where appropriate, the necessary documentation to formalize the employment relationship through the Employment Contract, being able to communicate them to our advisors for those purposes.
  • Prepare aggregated and anonymous statistics. Certain visitor and customer data is aggregated and anonymized to generate internal usage statistics.
  • Guarantee the safety of people and facilities through video surveillance systems. We have a video surveillance system to ensure the safety of facilities and people. The treatment is informed in the corresponding access signs to the video-monitored areas.
  • Consider candidates for our selection processes. If the interested party provides us with a CV, their data will be used to incorporate it into present and future selection processes in our entity and to communicate with them even by electronic means in relation to their candidacy.
  • Use data storage and retrieval devices. When the interested party visits our page, we will use cookies and other tools with their consent for the purposes provided in our Cookies Policy where they can access more information.
  • Through the information obtained from tracking devices, storage and retrieval of data with the consent of visitors who browse the web pages, and the analysis of their navigation and behavior, the elaboration of commercial profiles of customers will be carried out that allow sending personalized electronic commercial communications to those users who identify themselves with an email.   • Manage the Complaints Channel. The personal data obtained by the person responsible through the complaint are stored in databases and are treated at all times in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, being kept for the time necessary to decide on the appropriateness of initiating an investigation and in any case,  for a maximum of three months and then be deleted. Once the deadline has elapsed, the data may continue to be processed by the supervisory body in the investigation of the facts denounced.   • Manage the request as a regular circuit curator.   • Manage the application for media accreditation. We request in the forms provided for this purpose, information that allows us to accredit the representatives of the media that cover the events of the motorland Aragón sports calendar, as well as to send by electronic means information related to their news, events and activities according to their legitimate interest in communicating with previously accredited media. The legitimacy for the treatment is the consent of the interested party who requests the accreditation and the legitimate interest of the person in charge in sending the aforementioned information.

 

 

To whom do we provide your data?

 

We may communicate personal data to third party suppliers in charge of the treatment, with the sole purpose of providing us with certain services following our instructions without using the data for their own purposes and in order to carry out the activities that are our own, or to the competent public administrations in compliance with legal obligations.

 

When there is a claim that justifies it, we will communicate the data of the interested party (usually as a beneficiary) to the insurance company contracted by CMA.

We will transfer the images collected by our video surveillance system to the State Security Forces and bodies, judicial bodies and the Public Prosecutor's Office when there is a cause that justifies it or is required to do so.

International data transfers are not contemplated.

 

 

How long do we keep your data?

 

As a general rule, the data will be kept as long as they are compatible with the purpose for which they were collected, in compliance with legal conservation obligations and to face the responsibilities that may arise from the treatment, to later be deleted.

 

The data collected for the purpose of communicating commercially will be kept as long as this purpose lasts or the user opposes the treatment.

 

Reporting channel: The data will be kept within the system for a period of 3 months. After this period, it will be destroyed and may remain blocked when necessary to demonstrate the operation of the crime prevention model or when it may be required by the competent authority.
