This document sets out the conditions governing the contract of sale of products whose promotion is
carried out on this website inscripciones.motorlandaragon.com (hereinafter the "General Conditions").

1. FIRST PART OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
- 1.1 These General Conditions, together with any special conditions that may be established, shall
expressly regulate the relationship between the public company Ciudad del Motor de Aragón, S.A., with
registered office at Carretera A-2404, Km.1, MotorLand Aragón, 44600 Alcañiz (Teruel), CIF A44184216
(hereinafter the "Circuit") and the third parties (hereinafter the "Client" or the "Clients") of the products
marketed by the Circuit.

- 1.2 Customers must be over eighteen (18) years of age, which must be accredited to the Circuit.

- 1. 3 These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1998 on
General Conditions of Contract, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the
Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers, Law 16/2006, of 28 December, on the
Protection and Defence of Consumers and Users of Aragon and other complementary laws, Law 7/1996
on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services, Regulation
(EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of
natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and
any other legal provisions that may be applicable.

- 1.4 The purchase of Circuit registrations implies the Client's acceptance of each and every one of these
General Terms and Conditions, as well as any special conditions that may be established for each
specific case. These General Conditions may be modified at any time, although they shall come into
force as soon as they are published on the website.

2. PROCESS OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
- 2.1 These General Conditions will only be displayed in Spanish and English. They can be downloaded in
pdf format by clicking here.
- 2.2 The information contained in these General Conditions and the details contained in this website
constitute an offer.
- 2.3 To formalise the purchase The Customer shall complete all the phases established in the purchase
process and once formalised, including payment, will receive confirmation of purchase by telematic
means.

3. AVAILABILITY OF REGISTRATIONS
- 3.1 The available entries offered will be those that appear in inscripciones.motorlandaragon.com.
- 3.2 In any case, the Circuit reserves the right to modify its offer at any time, withdrawing or adding
entries to it. The possible modifications will only affect the new bookings made.

4. PRICE
- 4.1 The prices on this website include VAT and any other compulsory taxes.
- 4.2 The management costs shall be borne by the Client. The V.A.T. applicable at all times shall be
added to the price of the online payment management service.
- 4.3 The Circuit shall be entitled to modify the price list at any time, without prior notice. The new
prices shall only apply to new registration purchases.
- 4.4 In the event that the purchase of entries is made by a company, the latter shall request the Circuit
to send the appropriate invoice. For these purposes, the confirmation of the booking shall not be
considered as an invoice, but merely as proof of the operation.

5. METHOD OF PAYMENT
- 5.1 The payment of the price of the purchased registrations may be made by credit or debit card,
through the payment gateway established by the Circuit.

6. COLLECTION OF REGISTRATIONS
- 6.1 The procedure to be followed for the collection, if necessary, of the registrations is detailed in the
documents that the client will receive as a result of the purchase.
- 6.2 When, for reasons specific to the event, the collection is carried out at a different place or in a
different manner to that indicated in the aforementioned documents, the client will be duly informed.
7. CANCELLATION OF THE PURCHASE OF REGISTRATIONS
- 7.1 The Client may not cancel or modify the purchase of registrations unless there are operational
problems for the Circuit.
- 7.2 All orders placed through the Circuit's website shall be understood to have been placed firmly.
Therefore, no changes or refunds of registrations will be admitted except in the event of cancellation of
the event. In this case, the refund will be made to the same credit card used for the purchase.
- 7.3 The right of withdrawal shall apply to activities that do not provide for a specific date or period of
performance, or for services that have already been provided. The withdrawal period shall expire 14
calendar days after the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Ciudad del Motor de Aragón, S.A., Carretera A-2404,
Km.1, MotorLand Aragón, 44600 Alcañiz (Teruel) tickets@motorlandaragon.com, of your decision to
withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. In the event of withdrawal by you
and if the exceptions in the preceding paragraph do not apply, we will refund all payments received
from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which
we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract, but we may withhold payment until
we have confirmed the refund. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of
payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any

event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement, but you will be liable for the direct
cost of returning the goods if applicable.

8. LIABILITY OF THE CIRCUIT
- 8.1 Under no circumstances shall the Circuit be liable for those operations that take place during the
contracting process for which it is not directly responsible, such as errors in the payment gateways of
the banking institutions, errors in the introduction of data by the Client, errors in the Internet service,
etc.
- 8.2 The Client assumes full responsibility in the event that this registration is presented in duplicate,
photocopied or falsified, losing all rights to access the site.

9. GUARANTEE
- The Circuit shall not offer the Customer any guarantees other than those contemplated in the
applicable regulations in each case.
10. USER OBLIGATIONS
- 10.1 The Client undertakes to comply with these General Conditions, as well as to comply with the
special warnings or instructions for use contained therein and the recommendations of the Circuit, and
the Client must always act in accordance with the Law and the requirements of good faith.
- 10.2 The Client must go to the place of validation of his/her registration for each event. This
information is duly detailed in the specifications of each event, as well as in the purchase confirmations
and documents that the Client receives as a result of their purchase. It should be remembered that the
Customer may be required to present his/her ID card, passport or other documents related to his/her
purchase before accessing the venue.
11. COMMUNICATIONS
- For any doubt or problem that may arise in relation to this purchase channel, please contact the
Customer Service Department by e-mail (tickets@motorlandaragon.com) or by written communication
addressed to the Marketing and Communication Department - Ticketing, at Ciudad del Motor de
Aragón, S.A., located at Carretera A-2404, Km.1 MotorLand Aragón, 44600, Alcañiz (Teruel). If the

12. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- 12.1 All industrial and intellectual property rights of the intangible assets contained in the website, as
well as in the tickets and promotional material (brands, photographs, etc.) belong in property (or under
licence) to the Circuit.
- 12.2 The Customer shall not acquire or attempt to acquire any rights in the trademarks and other
intangible assets owned or licensed by the Circuit. The Customer acknowledges that such assets do not
belong to it; and that the Circuit enjoys exclusive rights in respect of the registration and maintenance of
such assets.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
- 13.1 These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall apply to the
interpretation, validity and execution of these General Terms and Conditions.
- 13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these General Conditions shall be submitted to
the Courts and Tribunals of Alcañiz or their hierarchical superiors, where applicable, except when, due
to the special condition of the Client, this system does not apply.

14. CONDITIONS OF THE REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS.
- The bearer is aware of and accepts the risk involved in motor racing and accepts all risks and dangers
arising from the event. Motor sports are noisy and the use of hearing protection is recommended.
Photographs or recordings obtained by the carrier may not be used in any way for commercial,
promotional or any other purpose (except for private use) without the prior written consent of Ciudad
del Motor de Aragón or the event organiser. The bearer, being financially satisfied, assigns exclusively to
the organiser and to the Circuit his image rights derived from his presence at the event (in perpetuity
and for the whole world) for its exploitation through any media and/or support and for any purpose,
including commercial or promotional purposes. The bearer undertakes not to bring any litigation against
the organiser and/or the Circuit for the reasons described above. The bearer agrees to be bound by the
conditions contained in this entry, as well as those set out in the Circuit accesses.
The purchase of the entry represents the acceptance of the following conditions:
o The organisation declines all responsibility for registrations purchased in NON OFFICIAL points of sale.
o NO exchanges, returns or refunds will be made.
o Upon entering the venue, the public may be subject to registration, according to the law.
o The entry of animals is prohibited.
o The sports venue is a video-monitored area for the safety of the attendees and participants of the
event.

- Causes preventing access to or remaining on the premises:
o Participating in altercations, brawls, fights or public disorder.
o Introducing, carrying or using any kind of weapons or objects that could produce the same effects,
such as sharp or cutting elements, or elements weighing more than 500 grams/millilitres that could be
used as projectiles, such as food in rigid containers, bottled drinks or their containers.
o Introducing or being in possession of flares, firecrackers, explosives or, in general, flammable, smoky
or corrosive products and pyrotechnic devices.
o Being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants or similar
substances.
o Introducing or selling any kind of alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances,
stimulants or similar substances.
o Introducing, displaying or producing banners, flags, symbols or other signs with messages inciting to
violence or terrorism, or by virtue of which a person or group of persons is threatened, insulted or
harassed because of their racial or ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, disability, age, sex or sexual
orientation.
o Making chants, expressions, sounds or attitudes that incite to violence or terrorism, or that are
intended to humiliate a person or group of them because of their race or ethnicity, disability, religion or
belief, gender or sexual orientation.

o Having been sanctioned with the prohibition of access to any sports venue until the sanction has been
extinguished.
